Take back your power

I have learned much this last year.  One of the most important things I have learned is to take back my power and use it for my own personal growth.  It feels very good to be able to speak your truth and be able to ask for what you want and what you need.  Sometimes, the answer isn't what you hope for, but sometimes it is.  If you get an answer that isn't what you expected, don't take it personally.   Don't imagine that this is going to end things as you want them to be.  It doesn't.  It just simply puts you on another path, a path that is even more right for you.   Remember, the answer you receive, may not look like a positive, but it really can be.  If you wait for the answer, sometimes, it can be the best thing for you. 

We ask for much in our lives, and the answers don't always look like what we asked for, but the answers are often what we need.  Even if it looks like it could be a negative, look at it again.   There is always something positive in the answers we get, and in the life lessons we get to work through. 

I am so thrilled to be taking a life coaching course this year, and have already begun working with clients.

Last year, I was very focused on my job in Calgary, moving to Vancouver, taking the real estate course, and then finally finding my passion in helping people to remember who they are and to remember that they can achieve much in this life, and that it is up to them to simply think about things in a different way.  I often wondered where this was all taking me, and I know I'm not done yet, but I feel an amazing sense of peace and relief to know I am getting there.  Each step I took was a step closer to where I want to be.  Whether it's in your work, your relationships, your finances, your health or any other life challenge, take the first step.  All of it is just a one step closer to what you want to achieve.

I love my work.  It took a bit of rearranging, rethinking, and with perserverance, and dedication, but I am on the right path.  I know that with a little bit of work we can all be on the path that we were put on earth to follow.  I believe great things can happen for all of us.  So take back your power and live the life you have always wanted to live.
