You can, I can, Everybody can.

When you think you can’t, think again.  When you think it’s too much,  think again.  When you feel you can’t bear another moment of it, think again.  Think a different thought.  Turn your negative self defeating thoughts into possibility.  Turn your thought to what would be the better outcome, and begin to believe in it strongly.  When you think you can, when you know you can like you have never known it before, that’s when things will change.  Let those thoughts that hold you back go.  How are they serving you?  They are not.  Some have found that they remain where they are because it has become a safe place.  It’s what they know.  Your life can change in an instant if you use your thoughts.  You may want to pray on it, meditate on it, or just think about it but change your thoughts and you can change your life. 

One of my friends is moving into a new place of her own this next week or so.  When we move on to something new in life, it can be frightening, because it is the unknown.  I look at moving this way.   Moving is all about evolving.  It’s new, and there are no rules, no prior traditions.  It’s all brand new, you get to make it what you want it to be.  Make it wonderful.  Moving into a new space, to a new country, to a new job, to a new relationship doesn’t have to be scary.  Make it an adventure, a new wonderful surprise each day.   We can let go of our old thought patterns and realize that no matter what, life is amazing.  We have been given an incredible gift to live each day to it’s fullest.  So what’s holding you back from living your life to it’s fullest today?  So when you think you can’t, think again.  You can, I can, everybody can.
