Loving Kindness

Here is a project for you.  I would love it if every day, every one of you would send kind loving thoughts to the people in your life.  I would love it if you would send these thoughts to the people you love the most, but also to the people you have conflict or difficulty with.  If we are meant to do something great in this life, then the greatest thing we can do is to love every single person in our lives.  If you can't love them, if they have caused you harm or trauma, then start small.  Start with a wish that their day would be a happy day.  That they may find peace on this one day, Joy on this one day and Love on this one day.  It doesn't have to be much but no matter what they have done in their lives, they are still a part of the human race, and everyone, no matter who they are deserves  loving kindness sent to them on this day and on every day.  The reason people are so angry and alone, is because they think no one loves them in their lives.  So it is up to you and me to send loving thoughts to them so that they can feel something.  We are all connected, and so if we all begin to send our loving kindness thoughts to the whole world, including those countries who are fighting, those people have been abused and tortured, they will feel it.  I know they will.  They may not know what hit them, but for one moment, maybe two they will feel a warmth like they have not felt for a long time or maybe even ever. 

I shall continue to preach love to the whole world.  It's high time, that those who have had nothing but trauma and negativity get some relief.  We all need to reach out and love even the most unloveable.   There is always a way.

I love people and I will always, always give my love cause that is what we are all here for.  Nothing else, just to love each other.  And if you feel unloved, try giving some out, and see what comes back.  It's amazing.
